Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways: All Cliff Blue Medallions

Four hiding medals.

The Blue Medallion puzzles are back in the Separate Ways DLC for Resident Evil 4 remake! With these Medallion requests come Spinels, which you can use to trade for some cool items from the Merchant. These hidden dangling medals aren’t as easy to spot as you’d think, even in the DLC. The first request you find for these Blue Medallions is at the Cliff, and we’ll tell you how to find all four of them in this Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways guide.

These Blue Medallions are pretty tough to spot — they’re tiny and can hang quite far away. It sometimes feels like you’re trying to spot a needle in a haystack, as your eyes squint at your screen trying to find them. Luckily, we’re here to help, so let me show you all the Cliff Blue Medallions in Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways.

Let’s start with the first one you’ll probably notice. As you’re in the middle of another symbol puzzle, you’ll probably pick up the Request to ‘Eradicate the Blue Medallions’ while on the wooden walkways on the cliff edges. Keep heading down that walkway where you found the blue paper, and hanging above you’ll spot a Blue Medallion.

If you walk back and use your Grapple Gun to get back to the locked door, turn around to the Cliff. You see the yellow painted symbol? Just a bit southeast of it is the second Blue Medallion. For the last two, grapple to the wooden platform again.

You’ll now need to start looking down for this one. Near a tall tree, you should see the third Blue Medallion hanging. And finally, the last Medallion is close to the mouth of the cave with the locked door. Here’s the last one, hanging off the cliff near the top. That’s it! Now, you’ll soon find the Merchant, and you can earn yourself six Spinels for your efforts.
