You can’t escape from the family without the help of some items. In Texas Chain Saw Massacre, four Victims must attempt to escape from the clutches of three vicious Family members. Scattered across the map, there are plenty of items to use to your advantage. One of these items are Bone Scraps, but what exactly do they do? Let me explain how to use Bone Scraps in Texas Chain Saw Massacre.
What are Bone Scraps for in Texas Chain Saw Massacre?
Any item you find in this online horror game can help you escape and survive in different ways. How you use Bone Scraps in Texas Chain Saw Massacre are for attacking Family members and disabling traps. While you may prioritize Health and Unlock Tools, Bone Scraps are highly underrated.
There’s nothing you can really do against the Family to hurt them. That is, unless you find a Bone Scrap. You can retrieve a Bone Scrap by scavenging for one in a pile. Just be careful not to do it too fast. The faster you spam the button to search for one, the louder you’ll be. Take your time if you know you’re alone, and tap the ‘E’ key slowly.
Now that you have a Bone Scrap, you can either use it to hurt a Family member, or disable traps like the hanging bones or the Hitchhiker’s traps. If you manage to get in close contact with a Family member, use the Bone Scrap to stab them and get away. This will stun them for a short period of time, allowing you to run out of harms way.
Otherwise, Bone Scraps can also disable those hanging bones that make noise if you walk through them. Not only that, but the Hitchhiker in the family can set annoying traps on the ground. Luckily, your Bone Scrap can easily disable them. The Family have Abilities unique to each of them, so look out for if someone plays as the Hitchhiker in your game. Now you should consider using Bone Scraps more often!
