Beating the Flux Construct overworld bosses in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will often result in you earning some decently useful rewards. Not only do Flux Constructs serve as helpful sources of Zonai charges and devices, but they also drop powerful, fusible cores that become especially potent when attached to Zonaite weapons. These resources make it tempting to repeatedly hunt down Flux Constructs so you can stock up on as many of these items as you can. If you plan on doing this, here’s a rundown on every Flux Construct location in the entirety of Tears of the Kingdom’s world.
Where to find the Flux Constructs in Tears of the Kingdom
In all, Tears of the Kingdom features 35 Flux Constructs for you to find, more than enough to obtain a sizable amount of their resources after every Blood Moon. These boss enemies exclusively reside in both the sky islands and the Depths, and they come in three variants: Flux Construct I, Flux Construct II, and Flux Construct III. For the Flux Construct I locations, look for the brightened pins in the interactive map images below.
As you can see, Hyrule only houses seven Flux Construct I locations, a relatively small portion of the total number of Flux Constructs. Meanwhile, the next variant, Flux Construct II, shows up in 13 locations, nearly double the number of Flux Construct I locations.
Finally, we have the Flux Construct III variant, definitely the one you want to go for to get the best rewards. This is the most common variant of the three, appearing in 15 locations total.
Note that, from my experience, the Flux Construct III encounters in the Lomei Depths Labyrinths are some of the only overworld bosses in Tears of the Kingdom that show up one time. Even if you wait for a blood moon after defeating them once, they won’t respawn if you return to these locations.
