How to farm Ichor fast in Diablo 4 Season 1

How to farm Ichor fast in Diablo 4 Season 1

Ichor? I barely know her!

Season 1 of Diablo 4 is upon us, and it’s just what the doctor ordered. Six new dungeons, new enemies, and new mechanics have revitalized the game to bring new players in and existing players back. Malignant hearts have been added to Diablo 4, allowing players to add all new buffs to their builds, furthering the customization of their favorite characters. Like most things in the game, these Hearts need a specific resource to craft. The Ichor in Diablo 4 season 1 is the new currency of choice, but luckily, there are ways to farm it fast.

You’re going to need Ichor in Diablo 4 Season 1, and lots of it. It is used to craft the Malignant Hearts that have been added to the game. These Hearts can be added into jewelry slots, similar to gems, to add buffs and bonuses to the specific class.

To craft a Malignant heart, you will be required to use Ichor. However, it can be a little hard to come across. It isn’t a rare material by any means, but if you want to start crafting the most powerful Wrathful Hearts, you are going to need a lot. Additionally, crafting hearts will only give you a random heart of the class you chose, so if you’re going for a specific one, you’re going to need to craft a lot. That will require a ton of Ichor in Diablo 4, so you’ll need to know how to farm.

Scrapping Hearts

As you play through the game and come across the multitudes of malignant monsters, they will drop their Malignant Hearts. I would suggest, rather than equipping these, unless they’re amazing, you should simply scrap them at the Cormonds Wagon.

The Cormonds Wagon can only be found in Kyovashad and south of Ked Bardu. Simply take your Malignant Hearts there and scrap them for a whole load of Ichor in Diablo 4. You will receive between 5 to 15 Ichor for each one you scrap. Salvaging Wrathful Hearts in Season 1 will provide 2 to 5 Ichor of every other heart type.

Running Diablo 4 Malignant Tunnels

We have been given 6 new dungeons in Diablo 4 Season 1. They’re called Malignant Tunnels, but that’s really just a fancy name. Along with the chance to pick up some great loot, they also provide the best way to farm Ichor in Diablo 4.

Before you visit the Dungeon, make sure you have the Malignant Envoker in your inventory. It should correspond with the Malignant Heart you would like to gain. Once you reach the end of the dungeon, you should have already farmed plenty of Ichor. The Malignant Outgrowth at the end of the Dungeon can now be activated with the Malignant Envoker.

Finally, fight the final boss for more Ichor and a Caged Heart that can be used or scrapped for that sweet Ichor. As a method of farming, running these tunnels is by far the most profitable in Diablo 4 Season 1.
