FFXIV Patch 6.45: All New Items and how to get them

Relics and Blue Mage outfits and Rokkon spoils, oh my!

With the arrival of Patch 6.45, new weapons, tools, gear, and much more have come to Eorzea and beyond. If you’re curious like I am each patch to immediately know what we can get, this is an overview for you. Here’s all new items from FFXIV: Patch 6.45.

Gear and Weapons

FFXIV Patch 6.45: All New Items 2

  • Blue Mage has the new 80 Phantasmal gear set, along with two new weapons: Blue-eyes and Gentleman’s Umbrella. You must complete the level 80 quest for them.
  • Two new sets of glamour items related to Mount Rokkon exchanged for its respective Potsherds, the Shishu Bujin and Shishu Gozen sets.
  • The Splendorous Tools now upgrade to Brilliant. Complete the newest set of quests from the line and gather materials to upgrade them.
  • The Amazing Manderville Relics now upgrade to Amazing Manderville Replica weapons. Ditto as before, but you have to complete the new Hildibrand quests.

  • Burabura Chochin Whistle, from completing all of Mount Rokkon.
  • Shishioji Flute, exchanged for 100 Rokkon Artifacts.

  • Okuri Chochin, Mount Rokkon.
  • Wind-up PuPu, from the Manderville quests.

Achievements

In total, there are 57 new achievements.

  • 14 new achievements related to Blue Mage.
  • 10 related to Mount Rokkon.
  • 19 related to completing the different Manderville Relics.
  • Eleven related to completing Splendorous Tools.
  • One related to an unreleased event.

  • Six new Triple Triad cards, all obtained from Mount Rokkon except for one exchanged for Allied Seals and one from a new NPC in Kugane related to Mount Rokkon.
  • Three new Orchestrion Rolls, one from Allied seals and two from Mount Rokkon Potsherds and Coins.
  • One new hairstyle, Modern Aesthetics – Ambitious Ends. Obtained from Potsherds from doing Mount Rokkon.
  • A new emote, Ballroom Etiquette – Scrupulous Citations, which gives you /reference. Also from Potsherds.
  • Twenty new Blue Mage spells. More on that here.
  • Various gathering nodes and items related to Splendorous Tools.
  • Two new Fashion Accessories: Rose-colored Spectacles, obtained from three Rokkon Potsherds. It gives you Hancock’s glasses. Stylish? There’s also the Tsukumogami Parasol from Mount Rokkon as well.
