Red Faction Armageddon trailer dabbles in history

This article is over 13 years old and may contain outdated information

This latest trailer for Red Faction: Armageddon pretends to be a history lesson, but after covering the previous entries in the series in about 30 seconds it merges into standard gameplay footage.
As you’d expect there’s much environmental destruction on show. To balance that out, though, there’s also a spot of structural repair. We get to see how Darius Mason can blow up a bridge, scuppering an enemy attack, then handily rebuild it and escape.

The game is due for release in the US on 7 June, for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
