Remnant 2 is a big game that features a procedurally generated campaign. That means that every time anyone starts a campaign, they get a completely randomized story with randomized areas that might have puzzles and might have different bosses. Since literally everything is procedurally generated in Remnant 2, you might start a campaign that you can’t continue if a challenging puzzle or boss is blocking your path. If that is the case, you can reroll your campaign in Remnant 2.
Note: If you’re going to reroll your campaign, you might want to consider changing your Archetype after considering what the best Archetype is in Remnant 2.
Should you reroll campaign in Remnant 2?
When you are on the fast travel screen in Remnant 2, you’ll be able to select the world you’re on, the central hub, be able to join a co-op game, and change your world settings which includes rerolling your campaign. The reason you would want to reroll your campaign is if you want to change your difficulty, pick a new Archetype, or get a new campaign that doesn’t feature an impossible boss or puzzle.
If you press reroll campaign in Remnant 2, you’ll be able to start from the beginning. It’s worth noting that rerolling your campaign doesn’t delete your current campaign or character. All it does is allows you to create a brand new save in which you can start a new campaign.
Luckily, if you reroll your campaign, you can skip the tutorial. You also get to select a new difficulty which is good if the campaign you were playing was too hard or too easy. Lastly, you get to customize your character in the character creator and also pick a new Archetype.
Again, you don’t lose your other campaign or character if you select reroll campaign. You can always return to the title screen and pick up your old campaign and old character if you’d like.
Rerolling your campaign in Remnant 2 can be extremely useful to get a fresh start. Hopefully, you use the reroll campaign option to your advantage in Remnant 2.
