How to get Sacred Items in Diablo 4

Gear in Diablo 4 is broken down into six categories: Common, Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Unique. Each tier of gear has its own benefits and can make or break your experience. If you find a piece of gear that you like, you can hold on to it and upgrade it as you go along. There’s an even higher sixth tier of gear you can get called: Sacred. These items can be stronger, however, you need to be playing in a certain way to get this level of gear. Diablo 4: How to get Sacred Items

Obtaining both Unquie and Sacred items is easy, but also fairly difficult. If you’re playing on World Tier 1 or 2, these items won’t drop. The strongest items you can get in these tiers are Legendary, which is rather rare on its own.

If you play the game on World Tier 3 or 4, the harder difficulties, expect to get even stronger items to drop. This will come in the form of Unquie and the powerful Sacred items.

To get Sacred gear, it’s the same way as if you would get any other level of gear. You just have to go into the world and find it.

But just like Legendary gear in World Tier 1 and 2, Sacred items in Diablo 4 seem to be just as rare. As you did in the lower tiers, look for dungeons and take on the many elites. This method seems to yield the elusive Sacred items.

These items are just like their lower-tiered counterparts. The main difference they’re better, and have higher roll stats. So they can get tougher over time.
