Forza Horizon 5 Ready to Hoon guide
The Forza Horizon 5 Ready to Hoon Forzathon Challenge has several steps that need to be completed in order. Doing so nets you +5 points toward the Summer – Wet Season tally. This, along with other objectives like Farid Rueda’s Bear Mural and Retro Skills to Pay the Bills, will bring you closer to the season’s main rewards: the #2 Audi S1 and the BMW X6 M.
Step 1: Drive the 1991 Hoonigan Gymkhana 10 Ford Escort Cosworth Group A – This is fairly straightforward. Simply check the shop and select Hoonigan as the manufacturer. You should see the black Hoonigan Ford Escort car as an option. It does cost 500,000 credits so, hopefully, you’ve got enough currency to spare. Once you’ve got the vehicle, you’ll have to continue using it for the successive tasks.
Step 2: Earn 10 Ultimate Air skills – All you need here is to gain enough hang-time while your car is in mid-air. Ideally, you could just disable all map markers except for Danger Signs. Pick one that you prefer, drive off the edge and stay in mid-air for several seconds, and repeat the whole process until the tally is done.
Step 3: Win a Dirt Race – For this Forza Horizon 5 Ready to Hoon objective, simply disable all map markers except for Dirt Racing. Take your pick among the Trail and Scramble events and win the race. You could lower the difficulty, too, if you prefer.
Step 4: Earn five Burnout skills – Last but not least, you’ll want to head to any wide-open road or area (i.e., the airport tarmac or the main highway between Baja California and Cordillera). Once there, put the pedal to the metal, then start drifting once you’ve gained enough speed. Keep the button held down so your car continues to spin, earning you Burnout skills easily.
With the above objectives done, you’ll complete the Forza Horizon 5 Ready to Hoon Forzathon Challenge. Don’t forget to try out the other tasks so you can earn the rewards during this week-long season.
