Where to find Coral Fragment in Wild Hearts

Piecing together the fragments.

Wild Hearts is a game that revolves around grinding to get new items in return. One of these things you need to farm and grind for is crafting materials. You can find many materials in Wild Hearts. Much of it has a higher purpose, such as using it to craft new armor and weapons. You will need some of these materials and ores to upgrade any weapon or craft new armor once you reach a certain point of the game. One of which is the Coral Fragment material, and it’s something you’ll probably find yourself needing at some point during your playthrough. Here’s our guide on where to find Coral Fragment in Wild Hearts.

Wild Hearts: How to hunt down and find Coral Fragment

Coral Fragments can be found on Natsukodachi Isle in Wild Hearts. This area is the second one you reach in the game, if you’re unfamiliar with its name. Coral Fragments are relatively easy to find in this area. They seem to spawn around the isle that contain water. Which is fitting considering coral usually resides in the sea.

One good area for finding Coral Fragments is the shipwreck in the center of the map. This is an place where Kemono can spawn, so watch out for any dangerous monsters while running through there looking for some materials to upgrade your gear. Doing some runs of this area has wielded pretty good results for me. You can gain upwards of five Coral Fragments just by farming this area over and over again.

There is also a camp nearby where you can set Dragon Karakuri down for minimal cost, meaning you can just reload the area’s Coral Fragment supply relatively easily to farm them.

If you’re curious what the Coral Fragment looks like in Wild Hearts, it resembles a pink rock with coral branching from the top. The coral resembles antlers, and its height and color make it very easy to spot from a distance. You can see an example in the image above.
