Well into the Fire Emblem Engage campaign, players finally recruit Rosado as they venture into the desert kingdom of Solm. Rosado immediately demonstrates his usefulness, starting as a flying unit with good range and power. Here is our guide to the best class and gifts for Rosado in Fire Emblem Engage.
Best class and gifts for Rosado in Fire Emblem Engage
Rosado first joins your party as a Wyvern Knight. This class is capable of moving a long way each turn, and has little to fear from most units that mount physical attacks. He may spend his time at The Somniel talking about cuteness, but he turns serious the minute he enters a battlefield.
To make the most of Rosado, keep him in the Wyvern Knight class. He’ll be weak to archers (and ballista attacks), but most maps have relatively few units of that type and they’re easy to spot. If you improve his attacks sufficiently, he’s a great option for cleanup unless there are enemy Magic users nearby.
Rosado begins with strong Axe proficiency, which also suits the Wyvern Knight class. You can augment that ability with skills such as Axe Power 5, while Vantage++ allows him to strike first when enemies attack.
When bonding Rosado with Emblems, try for Ike or Leif. They teach the skills he’ll want to learn. Ike also improves Rosado’s defense, which may make him the best option depending on your play style. Eirika also offers skills that pair well.
When you give Rosado gifts, keep in mind his interest in leisure pursuits outside combat. He appreciates the Strong Perfume, Quality Kerchief, Flower Wreath, Cute Apron, Antler Earrings, and Lovely Candle. Avoid giving him difficult reading materials or gifts you might typically associate with warriors obsessed with combat.
