Duke Nukem Forever gets more weapon slots

This article is over 13 years old and may contain outdated information

Duke Nukem Forever may not be the best shooter on the market by a long shot but there are changes incoming which may improve things slightly.
The two gun limit that was imposed on Duke is being changed, but only for PC gamers. PC gamers will be able to now carry four weapons. The bad news is that this change won’t be coming to consoles as Gearbox feel the controllers can’t handle it effectively.
Other fixes and improvements are also incoming including Valve Anti-Cheat System (VAC) support, push-to-talk voice chat, the ability to adjust FOV and various tweaks.
There are no further details on changes being made to the console versions right now, but let’s face it, surely you’ve moved on from this game already which was frankly a bit of a turd?
