Last month, Amazon’s Prime Gaming gave away at least a few intriguing games. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Monkey Island 2 are among the greats, and getting them for no additional charge was a plus. Prime Gaming for May 2022 is shaping up to be just as good, with games like Dead Space 2 and The Curse of Monkey Island on the docket. There’s also Cat Quest, and you can’t go wrong with that adorable action RPG.
Prime Gaming is giving away six games for May 2022. Dead Space 2 leads the pack of free-ish games, and is arguably the best of the horror trilogy. It’ll be good to have that in the bag ahead of the Dead Space remake, due sometime next year. Cat Quest is an open-world RPG starring a ferocious feline, and it received high praise on release. Other games in the list include The Curse of Monkey Island, which should fit well with all the other Monkey Island games on the service.
The other games aren’t quite as well known, but are interesting none the less. Out of Line, a 2D adventure game is on the calendar. The others include Shattered – Tale of the Forgotten King and Mail Mole along with its free content pack, ‘Xpress Deliveries.
Time to loot up
Beyond the games, Prime Gaming for May 2022 also brings even more extra loot for existing games. Battlefield 2042 players, all 1,000 of you, can claim the Bleed Purple Bundle today. Also available now is the United States Civilization for Age of Empires 3, the Fangwild Bundle for Brawlhalla, a five-day Renown booster for Rainbow Six Siege, and a lot more. Later in the month you can claim the Relic Rapport Pack for Lost Ark, and the CTR TV Gun Buddy for Valorant. And, as usual, there’s also a ton of cash to grab for GTA V players.
You’ll have to be an Amazon Prime member to nab the games and loot. If you are, then just head over to the Prime Gaming page and claim the games and loot you want. Some of the loot is available today, but the games won’t be available until May 1.
Edit: We have removed any mention of the games being “free,” since you have to be an Amazon Prime subscriber to claim them. This will be reflected in future articles relating to Prime Gaming.
