Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season Two saw the debut of new content in the battle royale throughout the season. Whether you are dropping into Caldera or Rebirth Island, there is something for everyone to enjoy. And if you think back to January, Activision released a statement promising to fix the state of their most recent Call of Duty titles. Naturally, the list includes Vanguard, Black Ops Cold War, Modern Warfare 2019 and, of course, Warzone Pacific. Since then, regular updates have been deployed to provide improvements and bug fixes, and the most recent Warzone Pacific patch follows suit.
Perhaps the most notable aspect of this Warzone Pacific patch is the reintroduction of vehicles into Rebirth Island. Shortly after the golden vault Easter egg went live, players began using vehicles to glitch into the vault without unlocking it to grab all the valuable loot. Many players believed that this was the reason vehicles were disabled in the first place. Now they’re back, and it’s business as usual on Rebirth Island.
Taking some bugs out of the picture
Next, the patch fixed an issue where the PP19 Bizon caused right-side extremities to take 20 or 27 damage instead of 34. A problem which caused staged loot on Rebirth Island to despawn has also been repaired. Hopefully, that should be the end of issues with looting. The final squashed but is one that stopped players from being able to invite friends from the Social menu.
It is promising to see Raven Software continue to roll out patches with the aim of removing bugs inWarzone Pacific. However, this update may not do enough. There is still a long way to go until the battle royale is bug free. To keep an eye on the bugs and glitches that are still being worked on, visit the Warzone Pacific Trello Board.
