Fallout 76 has come a long way since the game first launched. New seasons have kept the game fresh, and the introduction of custom servers provided another fun way to spend time with your friends. Now, Bethesda has outlined details of their Fallout 76 roadmap for 2022. This details upcoming Seasons, new enemies and much more for fans to look forward to.
Each season of the year brings more content. Coming this spring, Season 8: A Better Life Underground will launch. New public events will be available to play through with your team, allowing you to earn score for level ups and unlockable rewards. Spring includes Invaders From Beyond, a Public Event where you’re tasked with holding off against an alien threat.
Moving on to the summer update, more public events will make their debut including Test Your Metal. This will see you get put to the test in arena battles against “deadly automatons.” Along with another new season, updates will be made to scoreboard progression.
Fallout 76 updates will carry on throughout 2022
There are two more seasons of content for 2022. In the fall, Expeditions: The Pitt allows you to explore past Appalachia’s borders. Here, you will be able to visit post-nuclear Pittsburgh and meet new NPCs. Also, prepare to embark on new missions, battle new enemies, and more. Last but by no means least, in winter we are promised the “Fizziest Show on Earth” with the Nuka World on Tour. The travelling road show will see new Public Events and region boss. By now, you may have guessed that the winter update will have yet another new Season.
The Fallout 76 for 2022 roadmap does not touch on many specific details. However, we are told this is a perfect time for new players to join in with the action. We will have to wait and see what the developers have up their sleeve when the updates are released. At the time of writing, the launch dates for each update have not been announced, so make sure you stay tuned to find out when you can jump into the action.
