After anxious waiting and multiple teasers, EA has announced, in London, the latest Battlefield title, Battlefield 1

The latest game takes place during WWI, and follows soldiers into battles that changed the course of history forever. The trailer shows off in-engine footage, and showcases a blend between aerial, ground, sea, and even horseback combat. You heard that right, it appears you will be able to ride on horseback, wielding a sword.

Of course, the latest title brings the stunning visuals, environmental destruction, and giant maps that players of Battlefield have come to love.

There is no firm release date, and details are still developing on this reveal. In the meantime, feel free to check out the trailer below and leave us your thoughts on the reveal.
