Gloria Victis, the crowdfunded and Greenlit success, has received Alpha version 0.5.9 today. This change brings about improvements in combat, new lands for exiled players, dynamic PvP events, and improved starter area. Between the changes made just over the last two weeks, the title has grown by 25% in size.
Also added in the “Valley of Death”, a dynamic PvP system, are barricades so players can hide from incoming arrow attacks. NPCs who support mercenaries with also spawn closer to the camps of each nation, opening up teams to group up to take on their enemy.
Gloria Victis is currently in alpha but has already been Greenlit on Steam. The game is being crowdfunded through the Gloria Victis website and is still currently accepting funding. No official release date has been set for the title but you can join the alpha by donating.
