Amd Ryzen 5000 Series In Stock

AMD Ryzen 5000 Series processors are in stock for MSRP at various online retailers

Things will get better.

Chip shortages for computer components are pretty common knowledge at this point. There have been a few positive developments as of recently though, such as Nvidia’s efforts to separate mining and gaming GPU supply. However, there are plenty of Team Red fans out there that would like to see Ryzen and Radeon products on shelves too. While we still can’t report on GPUs being in stock, there are some Ryzen 5000 Series CPUs now on digital store shelves for MSRP. With a few clicks, you can have one in the mail and on the way.

The 5800X is the easiest option to find by far as of now. That likely has to do with it being considered the worst overall value, though it could also be due to better yields. Still, it’s a good CPU for gaming or work due to its eight cores and 4.7GHz boost clock. You should also be fine with the 5800X for gaming and streaming/recording simultaneously if you’re into that.

If you’re looking for the more powerful 5900X or 5950X options, you’re still out of luck though. You’ll simply need to camp out on one of those inventory checker streams or continue to be patient if you want top Ryzen. Fortunately, we’ve found the 5600X in stock for MSRP at one retailer. We’ve covered antonline before, as the company has generally offered availability for Ryzen 5000 series products since January. Before today though, it was only doing bundles. Now you can pick up the processors individually.

Consumers like to have options though, so we’ve rounded up all the retailers where we found Ryzen 5800X and 5600X CPUs in stock for MSRP.

Where to find Ryzen 5000 Series CPUs in stock now

Like we said with the 5800X, there are a few options for finding the chips in stock at the MSRP of $450. Right now you can find these at Newegg, antonline, or get them from AMD directly. If you prefer Amazon, you can buy directly from it as well. The option on Amazon isn’t immediately obvious, but if you click on ‘See All Buying Options,’ you can see where to buy the processor from the company directly. Availability for the 5800X is apparently coming in the next few days to Best Buy as well.

As for getting the 5600X at MSRP, your only option is antonline for the time being. However, we will note that there was availability via Newegg while writing this article. The 5600X promptly sold out of what was priced at MSRP and is only available at a marked up price now. If you need to go with Newegg for reasons relating to your shipping region, just keep checking back. Things seems to be getting better, and we know AMD is shipping a lot of chips these days.

Please note that all prices are in USD. Some retailers like Newegg and Amazon feature fluctuating prices as well. At the time of writing, all of these CPUs are listed at MSRP.
