It is true that the AK-47 is a powerful assault rifle in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. It is particularly capable of obliterating opponents at short, medium, and long ranges, making it a strong contender in Verdansk and Rebirth Island. Although the weapon is versatile, it does have a big drawback which may explain why it is less popular in Warzone. The AK-47 has quite a strange recoil pattern in Warzone. This can make it an unreliable weapon as your shots may be difficult to control. However, with the correct attachments, you can minimize the recoil to have better control of your AK-47 class.
To begin your AK-47 class, equip the GRU Suppressor Muzzle. This attachment will increase the damage range of the weapon, resulting in the AK-47 being able to shred even faster. At the same time, your shots will be hidden from the mini map with the added sound suppression. Next, using the KGB Skeletal Stock will give the assault rifle some extra mobility. You will see an increase in your sprint to fire time and aim walking movement speed. In addition, using the Bruiser Grip will better both the vertical and horizontal recoil of your assault rifle.
As for optics, the Axial Arms 3x is a scope which will allow you to take on gunfights at any range. This optic will also allow you to take advantage of long range gunfights by improving your accuracy. Finally, to maximize your ammunition, you can use the VDV 60 Round Fast Magazine. This will ensure you have the highest ammunition capacity, while also improving reload speed.
Taking your AK-47 class to the battlefield
There are a variety of other weapons that you can pair your AK-47 with in Warzone depending on your play style. We recommend submachine guns, shotguns, or sniper rifles. This will ensure that you have a strong loadout that is locked and loaded for any situation.
