Is this the real life? Is this just Phantasy? Could Phantasy Star Online 2 really have opened its doors to western IPs?

Phantasy Star Online 2 has been out for years, but unless you lived in Japan or jumped through some hoops to trick it into thinking you’re in the South East Asia region, you probably haven’t had the chance to play. Not anymore!
It appears that the western IP block has been lifted, and western players can get in on the fun. It’s still about a year behind in terms of content, and server problems happen. You may also have to deal with less-than-accurate English translations, but if you can forgive all that, download away! The version you’ll be getting is still the SEA version.
