Corsair has announced its latest entry into the gaming mouse market, and it’s hoping to become the standard-bearer that all wireless gaming mice strive to reach. The new Dark Core RGB Pro wireless gaming mouse features a number of new improvements and features and comes in two variations: with and without wireless charging.
Corsair updates everything
With the new release, Corsair has taken the opportunity to update nearly all of the hardware within the mouse itself. The Dark Core RGB Pro features three different ways to connect to your PC — sub-1ms Slipstream Wireless, Bluetooth, or USB wired — in order to provide players with the lowest latency connection possible.
The mouse’s other big claim to fame is the faster 2,000Hz response time, which the company claims is “twice the speed” of the average gaming mouse. It also features nine zones of RGB lighting, on-board memory to store up to three custom button profiles, and eight remappable buttons for full customization. Lastly, users can swap out the side grips for more comfort.
