The Ubisoft Store is hosting its Lunar New Year sale from February 1-11, with store-wide discounts on select items. These include games, DLC, collectibles, apparel and more. To top things off, Ubisoft is giving away Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China for free.
PC users can redeem their copy of AC Chronicles: China by launching the Uplay app, clicking on the “Lunar Sale” tab, and “buying” it for the low price of zero dollars. The game will automatically be added to your account. Alternatively, you can log into the Ubisoft Store using a web browser. But don’t wait too long to pick it up. The game will only be available for free until February 4 even though the sale will go on until the 11th.
AC Chronicles: China is a 2.5D side-scrolling action game where players take the role of Shao Jun, the last assassin from the Chinese Brotherhood. Freshly trained by Ezio Auditore, Shao Jun makes her way through China in 1526 — as the Ming Dynasty begins to wane — on a mission to avenge her fallen comrades. It is the first Chronicles game in a loose trilogy that also includes games set in India and Russia. You can pick those up for $3.40 US each.
Other notable deals include Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which you can buy for $30 US. The Deluxe and Ultimate Editions are also half off. Meanwhile, the Far Cry 5 standard edition and the For Honor Marching Fire expansion are both $15 US. You can find even deeper discounts for older games. South Park: The Fractured But Whole is $12, and Rainbow Six Siege is $10.
Ubisoft is not offering discounts for upcoming games such as Far Cry New Dawn and The Division 2. But this is an excellent chance to catch up any Ubisoft games you might have previously missed out on.
