Uplay bug blocks Watch Dogs game saves

Here we go again. It seems there’s a new bug in Uplay that is messing with Watch Dogs players and their ability to save.

The bug simply does not allow players to get past the loading screen. Hurtfully, the only way out of it at this time is to start the whole game from scratch. While it’s true the game has only been out a few days, this bug is still a huge buzzkill.

Issues with Uplay Authentication have now been resolved. We will keep monitoring to make sure it remains stable. Thanks for your patience_

We did check and Ubisoft claims to have fixed the login bug, but the thread still seems to have some complaints. If Ubisoft doesn’t seal this issue completely soon, we doubt their stellar launch game sales will be sustainable.
