The Last Wish raid in Destiny 2: Forsaken arrived this past Friday. After almost 19 grueling hours, it was finally cleared by pro players from Clan Redeem — GladdHeAteHer, FleshCrunch, Modern, Ehroar, Sweatcicle, and Indica. The team earned the honor of being World’s First for the Last Wish raid. They also got a guaranteed rare exotic item drop — the One Thousand Voices fusion rifle. Oh, and they’ll get wrestling belts from Bungie as well. Subsequent clears were also made by various pro teams and streamers such as Datto, Gigz, Teawrex, and so on. If you’re one of those who’s watched streams or dipped your feet in the raid, you’ll know how tough it can be. That’s why we’ve got this full Last Wish raid guide for you.
Last Wish — Raid Guide
First off, Last Wish requires that you’re at least 520 Power Level (PL) to even enter it. However, the recommended PL is 550 with the first encounter already having enemies at 560 PL. This means that you’ll be hard-pressed if your Power Level is too low. If ever you’re in need of leveling and progression tips, you can always check out our full Destiny 2: Forsaken guide.
The Last Wish raid has five — technically six — encounters which we’ll break down for you. This will include ideal group compositions, subclasses, and loadouts.
- Encounter #1: Kalli
- Raid Chest #1: Bridge
- Encounter #2: Shuro Chi
- Raid Chest #2: Forest
- Encounter #3: Morgeth (one-phase strategy)
- Encounter #4: The Vault
- Encounter #5: Riven
- Encounter #6: Queenswalk Gauntlet
- What happens afterward?
