We posted about the Project Wingman Kickstarter yesterday and today it reached its funding goal with no problems at all.
The game has been funded so quickly that the team has not even had time to post an update to backers. It took a total of 16 hours according to developer RB-D2 to surpass the funding goal of £19,791. The campaign is currently sitting on £23,659 with 34 days to go.
FULLY FUNDED!
I'm at a loss for words. I really didn't think it would get funded this quickly. I was expecting a week AT LEAST to meet the initial goal. But we did it in 16 hours. You guys are amazing. Seriously.#ProjectWingman

The Project Wingman development process was a great example of providing as much information and actual gameplay prior to heading into crowdfunding. This has made it easy for backers to jump onboard and part with real cash.
There appears to be no stretch goals mentioned as part of the Kickstarter, but with 34 days still to go it should raise more funds easily and hopefully we’ll see a few feature addition. If you’re looking for a combat flight sim then drop over to the Kickstarter page to find out more.
