As well as the Skywind mod that’s bringing Morrowind to the Skyrim engine, the same team is also working on Skyblivion.

Although it’s an awkward name, Skyblivion promises to bring the classic to the Creation Engine thanks to the combined talents of the TESRenewal team. The Skyblivion  project will feature remade textures as well as some meshes, and they also plan on making it work with Skyrim SE according to the Q&A thread.
