3D Realms will be dropping their Bombshell in January

The 3D Realms/Interceptor collaboration on action-RPG Bombshell will come to fruition on 29 January, when the game is released. In it, you’ll be playing as Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison who needs to planet-hop her way towards saving the president.

It’s been a while since “save the president” was the ultimate goal in a videogame. I approve.

The title will normally be $35, but there’s also a $40 pre-order ‘Deluxe Edition’ available which will include the following: “The Official Soundtrack by Andrew Hulshult (digital copy), digital art book & world map overviews, and early BETA access to the Bombshell FPS Prequel, a retro-style first-person shooter that will be sold separately in 2016″.
