We’ve known for a short while that US retailer GameStop would be selling Steam codes from their high-sreet stores, and now it has happened.
GameStop’s Steam codes add money to your Steam Wallet, and you’ll be able to buy them in either $20 or $50 editions. Starting today, GameStop has announced that Steam Wallet is availabe in “some” of their over 4,00 stores from today.
Steve Nix of GameStop said in a press release:
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Valve on this new initiative. This gives even more options to customers now that they can put money in their Steam Wallet using cash, gift cards or trade credits through our convenient neighborhood locations.”
