Bizarre Creations’ lead designer Gareth Wilson has stated that the Blur beta will hopefully be made available to all Xbox 360 users this week.Speaking on Kotaku’s podcast, Wilson commented that the plan for the open beta is to get it out by 6 April – tomorrow.“We basically ran out of code, so next week we are going to go live with the whole thing publically so anyone can download it,” said Wilson.Wilson also explained that we won’t be seeing the beta come to any system other than the Xbox 360.”Why didn’t it come to the PS3? Really because when we were doing the beta it’s hard enough to try and get a beta out that doesn’t crash every five minutes while trying to finish a full game,” he elaborated. “Trying to do that on multiple platforms at once, so trying to do a PC, Xbox and PC beta release at the same time, it just isn’t possible.”Blur is a gorgeous-looking fast-paced arcade racing title due out on 28 May.
